It started with a result that was hard to scale.

Ted and Michael coached competitive club soccer for years. Team after team, the same thing happened. Players developed, committed, and walked onto college rosters. Nearly every one of them.
That kind of outcome doesn't happen by accident. It happens when a coaching methodology is clear, consistent, and actually gets into the hands of the people who need it. The coaches running practice, the parents supporting at home, the players doing the work.
The problem they kept running into: that result was hard to scale. The methodology that produced it lived in their heads, in their conversations, in the way they ran a Tuesday night session. Other coaches in the club did things differently. Parents were guessing. Players were on their own between sessions.
So they built Jungo.
